Israel Captures, Then Releases Terrorists

Just like an undersize fish.

Only in the delusional world of Ehud Olmert does an amnesty agreement also grant immunity from prosecution for crimes not yet committed. Is there any reason at all for the Palestinian jihadists to stop the killing? Is there any reason at all that Ehud Olmert should not be found guilty of enabling the terrorists?

"Terrorist caught red-handed then released" by Aaron Klein for WND:

JERUSALEM – Israel yesterday captured an Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades member while he was engaging in terror-supporting activity but let him go after it was determined he was on a list of wanted gunmen granted amnesty by Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, WND has learned.

Part of the amnesty deal required the 178 terrorists – all of whom are members of the Brigades, the declared "military wing" of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah organization – to sign a document stating they will not engage in terrorist activity and that they would restrict their movements to the city in which they reside for three months.
Israel continues to make concessions upon concessions to Head Fatah Terrorist Abbas and all it receives in return is…more terror. The current Israeli Government would become the laughing stock of the free world if not for the fact that they are playing the lead role in the Broadway smash hit A Streetcar Named Conspire.
The incident in question occurred last night at 8:30 p.m. Jerusalem time when the Israel Defense Forces stopped what security sources said were four suspicious Palestinians entering the al-Badin checkpoint outside the northern West Bank city of Nablus.

Two Palestinians were immediately let go when it was determined they were civilians, but the two others – known Brigades members – were detained after they were found to be carrying large quantities of bullets security sources said were being smuggled from the city of Jenin to Nablus.

According to security sources, the Brigades members normally reside in Nablus and had left the city and purchased the bullets in Jenin. They were captured upon trying to reenter Nablus. In line with the amnesty agreement, the one terrorist on the list had pledged to restrict his movements and remain in Nablus. The sources said the listed militant told the IDF repeatedly he was on Israel's amnesty list and that arresting him would "blow up" relations with the PA.

After consulting with superiors, the IDF released the Brigades member on the amnesty list but arrested the other gunmen.
Olmert is only concerned with not "blowing up" relations with the PA while the PA is only concerned with "blowing up" Israelis. If continued terror is the Palestinian response to the Olmert goodwill gestures, then the relationship is not the only thing that should be blown up. Time to dispose of the whole lot of them.
An Israeli security official told WND this isn't the first time Brigades members granted amnesty violated their agreement to refrain from terrorism. He said the military is aware of one incident last month in which a Brigades gunman on the list shot at Israeli forces.

"We now have a situation in which a terrorist organization has been given a get-out-of-jail-free card – literally," the official fumed.
The IDF is totally hamstrung by the bankrupt policies of the Olmert Government. Despite repeated warning from the Israeli intelligence services, Olmert continues to bend over backwards to give the Palestinians everything they need to continue the jihad. Things look like they will get a whole lot worse before they get any better

a

Terrorfish... dumDUM, dumDUM, dumdumdumdumdum...

ok, now that I had my laugh at their expense... WTF? The only way I'd release them was with a bullet lodged firmly somewhere between their left and right frontal lobes... because terrorists are like an infestation, they keep spreading, and will keep coming back otherwise.

Kind of like zombies, only worse.
